NME double page spread
This is a double page spread of an NME magazine. The double page spread is usually a very personal account of a particular artist and this is where the interview is personal, on the level of personal opinions and views. This interests the reader highly and they tend to read it for the information presented. In this particular one, there is a continuous font scheme which gives the magazine a trendy and fashionable feel. In the middle of the body of the text, there is a quote from the artist, which gives a personal account to the reader about the artists feelings and opinions about music for example. There is also a primary image of the artist and their body language, which is very relaxed and care free will appeal to the audience which is 14 - 19 year olds and anti - authority rebels as the demographic. Their use of different clothes are also used to appeal to the audience, because it is an indie look that reflects the music genre of the magazine.
